other agents form companies using agent director (s) then
resign and transfer the shares to your directors.
The
presence of these agent directors and shareholders leads
to confusion and delay when obtaining a banking facility,
or anything involving credit transactions for your company.
The reason is that anyone doing a search of your company
will find the first shareholders were not yourselves but
the agent, they will then request proof that the shares
were transferred to you to prove that you are the owner
of the company. |

between 7am and midnight, Monday to Saturday UK time.
Outside these hours, please enter alternative names when
prompted in the order process and we shall check the names
for you.
When
entering your name, please note that the words "the",
"company", "co", "limited"
and "ltd" are ignored when comparing your name
with existing registered names. All punctuation is also
ignored. See Choosing a Company Name, for further information.

enter alternatives in the order process or contact us

Companies House then aim to respond to electronically filed
documents within 4 working hours. Although this is not always
possible, it does generally mean that if you placed an order
before midday on a normal working day we can have your company
incorporated by the end of that same day. Most companies are
registered within 24 hours of application although there may
be occasions where the process can take longer due to circumstances
beyond our control. |
