Commercial Drafting

 

In addition to company registration we also offer a specialist drafting service. Most of this drafting involves a change to the Articles of Association, the most popular revision being the creation of 'Class Shares' (usually 'A' and 'B' Shares). The charge for this as well as a comprehensive list of other commercial transactions are provided below.

We aim to charge a 'set fee' for all work so that our clients know exactly how much the work will cost, however there are occasions due to unforseen complexity where the charge will be higher than those quoted. Should this occur we will contact you before carrying out the work on your behalf to provide you with a revised cost. The charges referred to below should therefore be used as a guide

 

Supplementary Articles
Fees include drafting and filing of all necessary resolutions, notices and minutes and supply of three copies of the revised memorandum and articles of association. Does not include drafting of supporting agreements
