Transferring
your UK domains to Domainscape Internet is simple if you follow
these guidelines. Please note that your domain will not be under
our management until we send you confirmation that the transfer
has completed successfully. Any renewal of registration or configuration
change that may be required before transfer completion must
be done through your current service provider. |

Select to Modify the domain you want to move |

In the Domain Control Panel select 'Change IPS Tag' |

Select 'Configure Domains' from UKREG |

Log-in to your account |

Select your UK domain that you want to move to Domainscape Internet |

Enter DOMAINSCAPEINTERNET as the new IPS Tag |

| |
| 1.
Log-in to the Easyspace shop |
| 2.
Enter your username and password |
| 3.
Select the "services" button to the right of the domain
name you wish to transfer |

Scroll down to the end of the service list to "IPS tag request"
and enter the news IPSTAG (in CAPITALS) |
| 5.
Click "confirm order" then click "submit details..."
and select your payment method |

Transferring
your com, net, org, biz and info domains to

1.
Ensure that the current administration contact email address
is valid and that the person receiving email at that address
knows that they must respond to emails about the transfer |

The administration contact will receive an email from OpenSRS
with instructions on how to confirm the transfer |
| 4.
Once confirmed it will take only 24 hours to become active if
you are transferring from 123-Reg or UKREG. With other providers
it may take up to seven days |

You may also receive another email from the current registrar,
if you do you should read this carefully as it may contain instructions
for you to authorise the transfer away from them |

Expiring
Domains |

If
your domain is close to its expiry date, please take extra care
to make sure you don't lose it, particularly for global domains.
If the transfer of your domain is initiated less than 30 days
before expiry, the transfer is unlikely to succeed, in which
case you will have to renew the registration before you transfer
it. But even if there are more than 30 days until expiry, we
advise you to keep a close check on the status of your domain.
Transfers will normally complete in under two weeks, but occasionally
there can be delays. If your transfer has not been completed
before the domain expires, you must renew the registration through
your existing service provider. We are unable to renew a domain
that has not yet been transferred to us, and we cannot take
responsibility for domains that expire before they have been
transferred.
For
UK domains that are already expired and in a DETAGGED state,
you will need to request a TAG change to DOMAINSCAPEINTERNET
directly from the UK Registrar, Nominet UK. This may be requested
via their online form at
https://secure.nic.uk/cgi-bin/changeagent/Transfers.cgi?new=1
Here
you will need to enter the required details and pay a Tag change
fee of £15+Vat per domain name by credit card. This fee
is an Administrative charge levied by Nominet UK and is in addition
to your transfer in costs.
